These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and superlg ("superlg," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the superlg online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") accessible at superlg.bio.
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the superlg Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the superlg Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any content or service made available through superlg. To register and maintain an account on superlg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of superlg, or an immediate family member of such a person.
superlg reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by superlg may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on superlg. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your superlg account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account and to immediately notify superlg if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
superlg will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to superlg immediately at [email protected].
- You must use a strong, unique password for your superlg account and update it regularly.
- You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your account are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified superlg of a security breach prior to such activity.
superlg reserves the right to suspend access to any account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During such an investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. superlg will endeavor to notify the account holder and resolve any investigation promptly and fairly.
superlg supports a range of Philippine-peso-denominated payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and Credit/Debit Cards. All transactions on the superlg Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
Deposits:
- All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- superlg does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which superlg accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits are generally credited to your superlg account in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account held in your name and matching your verified superlg account identity.
- superlg reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days for verified accounts.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
- superlg reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of any ongoing investigation into potential fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
superlg offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are published at the time the offer is made available and form part of these Terms.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
- Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe, will be forfeited automatically.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on a superlg account at any given time.
- Bonus Abuse: superlg reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or the exploitation of promotional loopholes.
All games offered on the superlg Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before wagering real money.
superlg only partners with game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. This ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by superlg or any third party.
- In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on superlg's game servers, the server-side result shall be considered definitive and final.
- superlg shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, communication errors, or interruptions during gameplay that are beyond superlg's reasonable control. In cases where a game is interrupted due to a technical fault attributable to superlg, affected bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any superlg game or service is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
- superlg reserves the right to void any bet or transaction made on erroneous odds, prices, or payouts that were published due to a technical error or human mistake.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the superlg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Registering or using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
- Creating or operating more than one superlg account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
- Using the Platform in any manner intended to defraud superlg or other players.
- Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or transaction on the Platform.
- Engaging in collusion with other players in any game offering, including live dealer games, poker, or tournament events.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any superlg game or service.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the superlg Platform.
- Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or demeans other players or superlg staff.
- Attempting to access or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the superlg Platform.
All content available on the superlg Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the proprietary property of superlg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the superlg Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the superlg Platform without prior written authorization.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any superlg content.
- Use any superlg trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the superlg Platform.
Any unauthorized use of superlg's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which superlg reserves all rights and remedies.
superlg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at superlg.bio/privacy-policy. By using the superlg Platform, you consent to superlg's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
superlg is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Filipino players in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and relevant PAGCOR data handling requirements. superlg implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect player data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
superlg does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- With licensed payment processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.
- With identity verification and KYC service providers as required for regulatory compliance.
- With PAGCOR or other competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law.
- With technical service providers who support the operation of the Platform under strict data processing agreements.
superlg is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. superlg provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before being increased.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may set session time notifications to remind them of the duration of their gaming sessions.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of gaming activity for a period of their choosing, during which access to real-money games will be restricted.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request indefinite self-exclusion from the superlg Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
superlg reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account, including deposit restrictions and mandatory cooling-off periods, where superlg reasonably believes a player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has made a formal request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, superlg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the superlg Platform or any content or service thereon.
superlg's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their superlg account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In particular, superlg shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
- Any game outcome resulting from the certified RNG systems of superlg's game providers.
- Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Any service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures.
- The content, availability, or practices of any third-party service providers integrated with the superlg Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
superlg reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false or fraudulent information at any point.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- A request by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon termination of your account for cause, superlg reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is terminated due to a player's own violation of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the player will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to superlg or established through investigation to be proceeds of fraud.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their superlg account may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the closure request.
superlg reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, superlg will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the superlg Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the superlg Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
All gaming operations conducted on the superlg Platform are subject to the rules, regulations, and directives of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, PAGCOR regulations shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
In the event of a dispute between you and superlg arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with superlg's customer support team. Players may contact superlg at [email protected] to initiate the dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players also have the right to escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player assistance channels.
